Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your payment method for the service. As soon as we receive your order it is sent off to a dedicated artist to complete your order. Please allow 4-6 days to receive your digital proof by email where you can approve the proof or request a revision. Once your order is approved we will ship your order or if you only ordered a digital file we will email it to you.

Order Shipment and Delivery:

Please allow 5-6 days for delivery of physical shipments. If you ordered a digital file only your order will be received by email via the proof.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address and current world events.
